Every Tuesday from 6:00 - 8:00 PM
Use the summer to get a grip on your mental game in order to utilize your physical game to full effect. Learn the essential elements of maintaining a winners mentality. Map out your athletic goals to self-direct your future. Learn power visualization and “in the zone” techniques that turbo charge your sports performance.
